MY STORY

Hey YOU...thanks for stopping by!

During my sessions, I really like to capture a story in pictures… candids are my absolute fav.  During my sessions I ALWAYS try to capture the raw, real moments that make each photoshoot unique.

For families, it’s a chance to be fully present with your children, as a family. Document this time; the cuddles, the smell, the sounds and size of your kids before they are grown and off making lives for themselves. It’s so important to not only have pictures OF your children, but WITH your children.  I am guilty of this as a Mom as well,  but it’s been one of my goals to get in the camera more with my family.

For Seniors, this a a chance to capture a quick moment in time. I really want to document real photos of who you are and what makes you, YOU!  I like to have fun during our session, music, fun candid poses that are sure to make you laugh!  

I have been blessed with a wonderful family:  My husband Kevin is my biggest fan and my rock who loves music and has a cute southern drawl.  My son Paul (16) is all about sports and can usually be seen with a basketball nearby.  My daughter Avery (7) is my little "sassy" princess with a BIG personality who loves to dance, sing and paint.  We welcomed our fur-baby Boston Terrier "Stella" into our family in 2017 and she's my little sidekick and featured in many of my IG stories.

I am a Washington State University AIumni...GO COUGS!  I am a native North-westerner and grew up in the Vancouver/Portland area, but moved to Bend in 2004 to get away from the rain and traffic. Although living in Bend for the last 15 years I have exchanged the rain for very snowy winters and rush hour traffic with out of state tourist drivers in the summer -but,  I will take it!  I love living here...

In my spare time I enjoy hiking, music, gardening, and a good CrossFit butt-kicking.  I am pretty much coffee obsessed and I have no plans of quitting ;)

Some fun facts about me…

  • I’m the youngest of 4 kids and we were all born in November. My older brother and sister were born on the same day seven years apart.

  • My husband also has 2 sisters born on the same day seven years apart…what are the odds?

  • I have 3 brothers named Brian…really!  Ask me the story…

  • I’m a Sagittarius, but not sure what that means I’m supposed to be like

  • I watch every season of the Bachelor/Bachelorette...It's just so entertaining.
